How it works
- Tell us about the space. Upload photos of every wall, a sketch with tape measurements, ceiling heights, window and door sizes, or an old plan.
- We draw it. Floor plans, elevations and key sections in feet and inches, on 11x17 or 24x36 sheets, plus the material takeoff.
- You review. Two rounds of changes are included on layout concepts and builder sets, one on the 3D visual.
- You build or file. Hand the set to your crew, or to your licensed professional where your city requires a stamp.

A drawing is as accurate as the measurements behind it. When something does not close, we ask before we guess. Verify every dimension on site before you build.
