One fixed price, quoted before you pay. Start small with an overnight 3D visual, or go straight to a builder set. Builder sets are priced by finished floor area with a minimum.

Homeowners can order too, through the same quote form.

Example

A 1,200 sq ft remodel builder set with takeoff: $1,200 at the pilot price, $1,800 at list. Anything under 990 sq ft pays the $990 pilot minimum.

What is included

  • Builder set: demo, partitions, electrical, plumbing and finish sheets on 11x17 and 24x36 PDF, plus the takeoff spreadsheet.
  • Two rounds of changes on layout concepts and builder sets, one on the 3D visual. Further changes at $45 per hour.
  • Payment: 3D visual and layout concept paid upfront; builder set 50% at intake, 50% on delivery.

Prices cover stamp-free work only: detached 1 to 2 family houses and non-structural interiors. Structural work is outside our scope.

Are the drawings stamped?

No. Prices cover stamp-free work only: detached 1 to 2 family houses and non-structural interiors. Structural work is outside our scope, and we tell you at intake.

What do I send you?

Photos of every wall, a sketch with tape measurements, ceiling heights, window and door sizes, or an old plan.

How accurate is it?

A drawing is as accurate as the measurements behind it. When something does not close, we ask before we guess. Verify every dimension on site before you build.

When do I pay?

3D visual and layout concept are paid upfront. Builder set is 50% at intake and 50% on delivery.

What if I need more changes?

Two rounds are included on layout concepts and builder sets, one on the 3D visual. Further changes are $45 per hour.

Can a homeowner order?

Yes. Use the same quote form and pick homeowner project. The same scope limits apply.
