Permit-ready drawings for non-structural remodels
Existing and proposed plans, demo plan, partitions, electrical, plumbing and finishes, laid out the way building departments expect to see a remodel.
Plainly: these drawings are not stamped. Many cities accept drafter or owner drawings for simple, non-structural work on detached 1 to 2 family houses. Rules differ by city and state, so check with your building department. Condos, multifamily, ADUs and anything that touches structure need a licensed architect or engineer, and we will say so at intake.
Will my city accept these for a permit?
Often, for non-structural interior work. We cannot promise approval. Ask us about your city and we will tell you what we know.
How much do permit drawings cost?
A builder set with takeoff is $1.00 per sq ft at the pilot price, minimum $990, then $1.50 per sq ft, minimum $1,490. See pricing.
